Pre - Season News
Derriaghy CCFC are preparing to fight all the way this season to bring success and are currently training with ex World Cage Fighting Champion Thomas Lamont.
Thomas is really putting the players through the mill, and explained; "I have trained a number of teams throughout the years in conditioning, mental & physical strength, Speed & Agility and can state I have not had team train with the intensity of DCCFC. It is a credit to the players, their level's of fitness and I have no doubt they will not be losing too many if any games this season due to fitness level's if they continue in this vane".
The Management team have been delighted with how all the players have applied themselves to date throughout pre-season.
Mr Hooke explained " All players have trained extremely well and we are as prepared as we can be, training with ex World Champion Cage fighter Thomas Lamont has added a new dimension to our players fitness and concentration level's, which I hope will stand us in good stead throughout the season.
DCCFC are in negotiations to extend this arrangement with CHUM SUIT Gymnasium and it is hoped they will continue to train with Thomas Lamont, brother of Michael throughout the in-coming season.

New Management
It is with great pleasure that I announce the new management team of Michael Lamont, John Easton, Ronnie Hooke and Mark Gardner
Michael was a great servant of the club as a player and always was straight back to Seycon Park after Banbridge matches.
Background
Derriaghy Football Club currently have 2 teams:
- The 1sts who play in division 2a in the amateur League
- The 2nds who play in division 3b in the amateur league
Both teams play their home games at Seycon Park situated in Seymour Hill.
